Tonight marks the opening of “Huantie Times – the first Chinese Contemporary Art Tribe Invitation Exhibition”. On behalf of the Art Tribe, I would like to extend my sincere welcome to all of you!/ Q9 S4 W$ y/ W' l. J
中国本土艺术精神是传承和演化，当遭遇巨大精神陷落和商业诱惑的当代艺术，“对阵”成为焦点话题，开始为中国艺术家和批评家所重视。本土文化是中国艺术创造的源泉，多年来艺术部落一直关注中国传统艺术的当代化进程。此次邀请展旨在透过国际视觉语言明确中国艺术家的文化身份，让现场观众真切感受并超越西方“视觉表达”的文化力量！
& P* m4 ~% Y/ s) F+ C/ y+ \( I' IThe authentic Chinese art spirit is inheritance and development. The contemporary Chinese art is dragged by a spiritual fall and commercial temptation; as a result, “confrontation” has become the focus, drawing the attention of a huge number of Chinese artists and critics. The authentic culture is the source of Chinese artistic creation, and the Art Tribe has always been keeping and eye on the modernization of traditional Chinese art. This invitation exhibition is aimed to express the cultural identity of Chinese artists by international visual language, to give the audience a taste of the cultural power of Chinese art, to offer them an opportunity to experience something different from the western way of visual expression.
